Membership

Membership is open to all Filipinos, Filipino Americans, and Americans committed to supporting and advancing the goals
and objectives of the Association.

If you are interested in becoming a member, please review our Constitution and Bylaws and Conflict of Interest Policy to learn more about our organization, its purpose, and its guiding principles.

How to Become a Member

You may choose one of the following options:

1. Online Membership: Complete the online membership form for either Individual Membership or Family Membership. After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a Square payment invoice, where you can pay by card or Cash App.
2. Mail-In Membership: Alternatively, you may print and complete our Membership Form and mail it, along with your payment, to the address provided on the form.

Annual Membership Dues

• Individual Membership: $25 per year
• Family Membership: $50 per year
